ok when i was little i remember waching this music video, proply from like the early 2000s to the late 90s, and i always thought it was nickleback or somthign lol. but now i dont think it was. in the music video the guys in a boat like kiyak thing, and hes singing in it, and theres a flood thats why hes in it, also i remember the guy singing is holding a guitar, and theres people walking by in the water, women with baby, and i think it was a sad song, but for some reason this video stuck in my head so i really want to know who sang it and what song it was.
